School Supplies List for 2026-2027 School Year

Grade 3

  • One 2-inch Clear View binder
  • Plastic pencil box (rectangular preferred)
  • Wired earbuds/headphones (no Bluetooth)
  • 48 sharpened pencils
  • Crayola thin markers
  • One package of wide-ruled notebook paper
  • 2 wide-ruled composition notebooks
  • 1 package (24-count) Crayola crayons
  • 6 two-pocket folders with prongs (one of each solid color)
  • 3 glue sticks
  • 2 thin black Sharpie markers
  • 1 box gallon-size Ziploc bags
  • 1 container of baby wipes
  • 2 boxes of tissues

Note: All supplies should be replenished throughout the school year as needed.


Grade 4

Required Supplies

  • 4 plastic two-pocket folders
  • Plastic pencil box or large zippered pencil bag
  • 5 composition books (no spiral notebooks)
  • 3 packs wide-ruled loose-leaf paper
  • 1 pair corded earbuds or headphones (to keep at school; no Bluetooth)
  • 48+ pre-sharpened Dixon, Ticonderoga, or Paper Mate pencils
  • 1 pack black erasable pens (Pilot Frixion clickable pens recommended)
  • 8 dry-erase markers (any color)
  • 24-pack Crayola colored pencils
  • Personal pencil sharpener
  • White high-polymer block erasers (such as Pentel)
  • 2 black fine-point Sharpie markers
  • Scissors (at least 5 inches; no safety scissors)
  • 6 Post-it pads (3x3 inches, any color)
  • 1 roll paper towels
  • 2 boxes tissues

Note: It is always helpful to keep basic supplies (pencils, paper, crayons) at home so scholars do not have to carry them back and forth.


Grade 5

Required Supplies

  • 1 pair earbuds or headphones (to keep at school)
  • At least 64 pencils
  • 1 pack colored pencils
  • 1 pack markers
  • 1 pack blue or black erasable pens
  • 1 pack fine and/or ultra-fine Sharpie permanent markers (any color)
  • 1 highlighter
  • 8 or more dry-erase markers
  • At least 2 glue sticks
  • 1 pair scissors
  • 2 bar erasers and/or 1 pack pencil-top erasers
  • 1 ruler (with inches and centimeters)
  • 4 folders
  • 2 composition notebooks
  • 1 pack loose-leaf notebook paper
  • 1 pencil box or supply bag
  • 1 backpack or school bag
  • 2 boxes tissues
  • 2 rolls paper towels
  • 1 pack 3x3 Post-it notes (any color)

Grade 6

Community Supplies (Turn in to Homeroom Teacher)

  • 1 small bottle liquid glue

  • 2 boxes facial tissues
  • 3 or more boxes of pencils
  • 1 pack Clorox wipes
  • 2 packs dry-erase markers
  • 1 pack graph paper (Math)

Personal Supplies (Label with Scholar's Name)

  • Pencil box or zippered pouch
  • 1 box colored pencils
  • 4 two-pocket folders (one per subject)
  • 1 one-subject lined notebook (ELA)
  • 1 pair scissors
  • 1 roll masking tape (Art)
  • 1 sketchbook (Art)
  • 2 packs black fine-tip Sharpies (variety of thin-tip colors)
  • 1-inch three-ring binder (Science)
  • Different colored highlighters (yellow, pink, green, orange)

Highly Encouraged

  • Trapper Keeper or 3-inch binder
  • Bottle of hand sanitizer
  • Comfortable clothing and athletic shoes for PE

Grade 7

Personal Supplies (Label with Scholar's Name)

  • Chromebook case (recommended as pencil pouch) or pencil pouch
  • 1 package colored pencils
  • 1 combination or key-entry lock for locker

Social Studies (Forino)

  • 3-prong plastic folder labeled "Social Studies"
  • Metal ruler
  • 2 folders
  • Scissors
  • Hot glue gun
  • 1 pool noodle (black if available)

Science (Forman)

  • 1 non-spiral composition notebook
  • Plastic folder labeled "Science"
  • 4 glue sticks

ELA (Adams)

  • Plastic folder with pockets labeled "ELA"
  • College-ruled composition notebook (not spiral-bound)

Math (Porr)

  • Loose-leaf notebook paper
  • Graph paper

Art (Alder) – if applicable

  • 1 sketchbook (may reuse Grade 6 sketchbook)
  • Baby wipes

Optional Personal Supplies

  • Reusable water bottle
  • Headphones for computer
  • Change of clothes for locker

Grade 8

  • 48 pencils for personal use

  • 4 highlighters (2 pink and 2 yellow)
  • 1 pack college-ruled notebook paper (label with name)
  • 1 pack graph paper for Math (label with name)
  • 5 or more white poster boards
  • 1 one-subject notebook or composition book (History)
  • 1 one-subject notebook or composition book for ELA (may reuse from Grade 7)
  • 1 one-subject notebook/composition book or ½-inch binder (Math)
  • 1 sketchbook for Art (may reuse if at least half blank)
  • 1 box gallon-size Ziploc bags (Art)
  • 3 boxes tissues (community supply)
  • 1 flat (non-fitted) sheet for Shakespeare costume (needed in April)
  • 1 planner that the scholar will use and families will check at home
